Fees
It’s difficult to give an indication of fees without seeing the garden. 

However, for a complete transformation of a small space, design fees would be in the region of £350.00-£450.00 

Of course this can vary depending on the complexity of the site and the solution required.

A site survey and drawing for a simple space would not be more than £150.00

VAT is charged at 17.5% on all fees.

Budget
Naturally the amount of money you have to spend is an important factor in the  design process.

As we design gardens to suit a budget, it is important that we agree on a realistic figure, before we start.
